  1. Oh… so sorry to hear about the bruise… and the tear-wrenching pain! I know that feeling all too well. One pound weights! Yay! That really is an achievement! I have been using the two pound weights for about two weeks now. On Wednesday, my PT surprised me with THREE POUNDS! I did it, but I think that may be why I’m feeling the pain still. But onward and upward right? Keep it up! 🙂
